What to expect

Day 1: Arrival in Siem Reap & City Walk

Touch down in Siem Reap! Meet your local guide at the airport and transfer to your hotel (early check-in subject to availability). Start your adventure with a walk near the King’s Residence to visit the Main Shrine, a spiritual hub where locals offer jasmine and lotus flowers. Then, explore Artisans d’Angkor, a center for traditional Khmer craftsmanship, and roam the bustling stalls of Psar Chas (Old Market), where culture meets commerce.

Drive out to Banteay Srei, famed for its intricate pink stone carvings. Stop by Preah Dark Village for a glimpse of local life, then visit Banteay Samre, with its detailed reliefs of Hindu legends. Later, explore the jungle-cloaked beauty of Ta Prohm, left largely untouched and full of mystery. End the day with a classic remork (tuktuk) ride and receive a traditional monk blessing for peace and prosperity.

Day 3: Angkor Wat Sunrise & Angkor Thom Exploration

Continue to the walled city of Angkor Thom, visiting the South Gate, Bayon Temple with its 200 serene faces, and sites like the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, Terrace of the Elephants, and Terrace of the Leper King. End the day with a remork ride to Angkor Kjung Yu, a local hangout where street vendors sell everything from snacks to souvenirs.

Note: Proper attire is required for climbing Bakan Tower at Angkor Wat. Children under 12 are not permitted. The tower is closed on Buddhist religious days.
